QUALITY
All our internal timber shutters are made from 100% certified plantation basswood timber. Our shutters have a laminated construction with mortis and tenon joints in each corner for added strength and stability.
We use a high quality 2pack aqua enamel paint finish with UV inhibitor, making our shutters perfect for northerly or west facing windows.
SUSTAINABILITY
We choose a renewable timber product that isn’t only reusable, recyclable and biodegradable but less costly to the environment compared to other products.
Unique construction makes shutters stronger and also results in a more efficient yield from the tree, which is more environmentally friendly and economical.
DURABILITY
Our internal timber plantation shutters are constructed from 100% certified plantation timber. We use premium grade basswood which is a light weight hardwood timber that is very stable and well suited to window furnishings. All panels are reinforced with mortise and tension joints, then glued and screwed for extra strength and durability
